I'm a maker at heart who grew up immersed in electronics and automation systems through my father's company as a kid. As a self-taught designer and programmer, I've always been driven by the intersection of design, technology, and psychology.
This foundation led me to co-found Senic, where I served as CEO for over a decade after participating in Y Combinator's S13 batch. Beyond my CEO responsibilities, I led visual design, product management, and strategic partnerships with companies like Amazon, Philips Hue, Sonos, and Apple. Our work at Senic earned several awards, including the German Design Award and three Red Dot Awards.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of consulting for companies like Sonos, Gira, Osram, and Steelcase, sharing insights across design, technology, and user experience.
Outside of work, I'm an avid runner, particularly drawn to marathons, ultramarathons, and trail running. This passion for running has led to my current venture as co-founder of Milo, where we're focused on creating the best running software for Apple users.
As part of my work, I get to collaborate with many amazing people. In my experience, it makes collaboration more fun and efficient if you have an understanding of how the other person ticks. My about page is written to serve this main purpose.
